Bermuda Flag
The Flag of Bermuda was adopted on October 4, 1910. It is a British Red Ensign with the Union Flag in the upper left corner, and the coat of arms of Bermuda in the lower right. The flag is unusual for a British colony in that it is a red ensign, rather than a blue ensign, as is traditional for use by governments. However both Canada and the Union of South Africa used red ensigns as their national flags when British colonies. The Governor of Bermuda uses a Union Flag defaced with the coat of arms, a design traditional for Governors of the British overseas territories. Emblems and designs are executed with the highest possible degree of accuracy in regard to detail, color shades, placement and proportion to flag size.
All flags banners are two-sided and come standard with two metal grommets. They are easily mounted on a flag pole or used as a wall hanging. The flags we sell are typically 14% - 64% heavier and are better stitched to assure durability.
