Haiti Flag
The flag of Haiti was adopted on February 25, 1986. The civil flag lacks the emblem. The red and blue flag is said to have been first created during the country's revolution against the French; the rebels removed the white stripe from the French tricolore and used that as their flag. From May 25, 1964 to February 25 1986, during the Francois Duvalier dictatorship, the country had a different flag, in red and black, instead of blue, and divided vertically, not horizontally. Each country flag conforms to all official specifications. Emblems and designs are executed with the highest possible degree of accuracy in regard to detail, color shades, placement and proportion to flag size.
All flags banners are two-sided and come standard with two metal grommets. They are easily mounted on a flag pole or used as a wall hanging. The flags we sell are typically 14% - 64% heavier and are better stitched to assure durability.
