Namibia Flag
The flag of Namibia was adopted on March 21, 1990. The main colours were taken from the flag of SWAPO (South West African People's Organization), the most important liberation movement. That flag was adopted in 1971 and comprises horizontal stripes of blue-red-green, the most important colours of the Ovambos, the largest ethnic population.
All flags banners are two-sided and come standard with two metal grommets. They are easily mounted on a flag pole or used as a wall hanging. The flags we sell are typically 14% - 64% heavier and are better stitched to assure durability.
