Nicaragua Flag
The flag of Nicaragua was officially adopted on September 4, 1908. The blue and white are the original colors used by the United Provinces of Central America. The Nicaragua coat of arm is centered on the white panel. The five volcanoes within represent the five original states of Central America. Each country flag conforms to all official specifications.
