When's The Best Time To Order?
To assure prompt delivery of your overnight order, all orders must be placed before 12 p.m. EST.
Orders placed before 2 p.m. EST ship same day.

If I Place My Order Today, When Will I Receive It?
98% of orders will ship within 1 business day from the time the order is placed. In some rare instances, it may take up to 2 business days (business days are weekdays, Monday-Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays) for processing AFTER you place your order BEFORE it will ship. After processing time, shipping time will be based on the delivery option you selected.

My Order Hasn’t Arrived. What do I do?
Please check the confirmation/tracking number sent to you. Then call your local Post Office(s) and inquire as to the package’s whereabouts. Often times, the orders are simply left in the post office after a failed delivery attempt.

How Do I Know Which Shipping Option To Select?
We currently offer 4 different shipping options for domestic orders:

• First-Class (3-10 days)
• Priority (2-3 days)
• One Day (1-2* days)
• International Airmailb** (7-10 days)
• Global Priority** (4-6 days)
• Global Express (3-5)
• International One Day

* USPS reports that some locations that are too far from major cities will take an extra day.
** USPS does not offer tracking for these methods of shipment.

How Do I Track My Order?
You can track your order by going to USPS and typing in your confirmation/tracking number.

How Do I Receive My Order?
The courier we choose to ship your order is based on the shipping option you select and your physical address. We make every effort to get your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. After we package your order, we give it to the courier, who will then deliver the item to your door.

Where Will Flagzilla.com Ship My Order?
We will ship your order to the Shipping Address that you provide. We ship to all addresses to all countries except for Nigeria and Indonesia.

How Are Shipping and Handling Charges Determined?
Domestic Shipping and handling rates are determined by:

• The total weight of all of the merchandise ordered.
• The distance and country to which the package is going to.
• The shipping option selected.

Where's The Rest of My Order?
On occasion Flagzilla.com must ship your order from different warehouses. If this is the case you should have received an email indicating the split shipment. Rest assured; you will never be billed for extra shipping charges when we ship from multiple locations.
